It is the disposal of cell phones, computers, VHS & DVD players, Ipods, etc. This waste is becoming an increasing concern for our world as the informal disposal of electronics can be unsafe to those disposing of this waste as well as to our environment. Due to the rapid changes in technology, falling prices, and changes in society and the media, a fast-growing surplus of e-waste is occurring across the globe*.
